North Myrtle Beach Vacation Rental Brochure & Advertising

A new North Myrtle Beach vacation properties brochure is printed each year featuring all of our homeowners' North Myrtle Beach properties. We put a large ad in the North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce Visitors Guide. The Chamber sends over 400,000 of these to visitors. We also put a new brochure every month on display at the Chamber welcome center. We have a new marketing campaign each month targeting specific vacationers to ensure that each property is getting the most exposure that it can. We work with area realtors and visitor stations to maximize the potential as well.

We pride ourselves in being at the top of the lists on over 11 major search engines including Yahoo and Google. The internet has become the #1 way to search for and book rental properties. We want your property to be seen by everyone that is interested in booking rentals in the North Myrtle Beach area. We are checking and updating our site daily to insure the ease of browsing as well as accuracy and maintaining our top spots on the search engines. Top exposure of our site means top exposure to potential renters of your property!

We also focus a large percentage of our advertising budget on internet marketing - advertising on sites such as www.northmyrtlebeachonline.com and www.discovermyrtlebeach.com. We have found this to be a targeted, yet highly effective way to reach potential customers.
 

Professional Cleaning

What is the #1 complaint from both property owners and renters alike? Cleanliness (or lack thereof....) Walking into a dirty rental home, there is not a worse way to begin your vacation! We don't want that to happen to anyone.

All our properties are professionally cleaned by Palmetto Beach Services, and then inspected by our staff to insure guest rental properties meets their expectations upon arrival.

Palmetto Beach Services is licensed, insured, BBB accredited (bbb.org) and have many years of experience in the hospitality industry. The staff of PBS are well trained and tested before they clean their first unit. 

Property Maintenance

Our maintenance staff has become as important to the owners of our North Myrtle Beach properties as it has to us; guests receive immediate response to a call whether it is a tripped breaker or a leaking faucet and there isn't a service charge every time.

We are on call 24 hours a day for your guests. We are never more than a phone call away.  We have many contacts and can help you with any remodeling/maintenance/repair you may need. You pay only the actual charge for the repair - we don't mark the costs up.
